The position will be responsible for dealing with guest requests to make a booking at our hotel.



  • To cultivate and maintain an exceptional level of customer service.
  • To consistently operate efficiently and effectively, while maintaining accuracy on all Tsinandali Estate Radisson Collections Hotel’s products and services.
  • To create a seamless bridge of excellence for the guest to the hotel.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls and emails for accommodation (and all related details) in a timely and professional way and conduct all telephone calls and all enquires in friendly, efficient manner, adhering to all Brand standards
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Sell our products and services to meet guests needs in line with our concepts with a focus on hotel profit
  • Make guest room reservations, amendments and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure confirmation is received for all bookings, resolve any issues that a guest might encounter with a future or past booking
  • Handle the daily/monthly report function, which is not limited to arrivals lists, but include a range of pre-determined reports that need to be checked and validated
  • Follow up on no shows, commissions and loyalty programs
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on sales strategies, rates, products, facilities and inventory at all times
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with entire hotel focusing on Front Office and Sales Other operational duties as requested by the Supervisor


Educational and Professional Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Excellent command of Georgian, English and Russian languages – both orally and written
  • Previous experience of hotel bookings is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of or hotel computer reservation system is desirable
  • Previous experience in travel reservations would be an asset (either for a hotel group, tour operator, travel agent etc)

Availability / Working hours:

  • Must be available weekends (including Sundays) and Public Holidays
  • Working hours are from 10:00am till 19:00pm with entitled lunch break


The position is reporting directly to the current Reservations Supervisor/Front Office Manager
