Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparing sushi of the finest quality in a high-end, high-volume kitchen
- Excellent knife and food preparation skills
- Attention to detail and a passionate personality
- Able to work creatively in a high-paced atmosphere
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
- Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Must have minimum 3 years related experience
- Knowledge of volume production and ability to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Ability to handle multi tasks and to think beyond the immediate perceived requirement of the guests
