General Requirements:
  • Oversees all aspects of the daily operations of multifunctional SPA and Recreation.
  • Should display exceptional leadership by providing a positive, fair and firm work environment.
  • Responsible for driving and managing the operational and financial direction of the spa.
  • Sets standards and follows new trends of the industry. 
  • Ensures that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectations.  

Skills
  • Foreign Languages: English. Additional language skills is a preference.
  • Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Computer skills, Result Oriented, Cheerful & Smiley Personality, Active & Enthusiastic, Team Player and Well Organized.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Related work experience in an International Environment and Hospitality Industry (is a preference).
