Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Pan-Asian Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years of experience in a Pan-Asian restaurant, with a strong focus on Thai, Vietnamese, and Malay cuisine. Japanese experience would be an advantage.
General Requirements:
- Develop and execute new Pan-Asian menu
- Train and oversee kitchen staff in Pan-Asian dishes
- Ensure the quality and consistency of Pan-Asian dishes
- Good HACCP knowledge
- Strong hygiene practices
Qualifications:
- Excellent culinary skills and creativity
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to Relocate to Georgia (Country)
