Hampton by Hilton is looking for a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center. Job Overview:
Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center is hiring a reliable and guest-focused Night Auditor to manage front desk operations overnight, ensure accurate reporting, and deliver excellent late-night service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and manage the full check-in/check-out process, including verifying information, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and explaining hotel services.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel operations, room types, rates, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, in person, and through Kipsu, our guest messaging platform, ensuring timely and personalized communication
  • Address guest concerns and complaints professionally, finding timely and effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Audit and balance daily transactions, including room charges, taxes, and incidental fees
  • Draft a nightly report summarizing activities and any incidents, and handover accordingly
  • Prepare and distribute daily financial reports as requested
  • Manage cash drawers, ensuring all transactions are recorded and balanced
  • Take the lead in managing emergency situations alongside the hotel team

Other Duties:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to late-night guest inquiries, requests, or complaints, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately
  • Cover and manage basic bar operations located near the front desk
  • Monitor and ensure the security of the hotel premises during the night shift, including conducting regular patrols if required
  • Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance teams for early morning needs or guest issues
  • Carry out any other tasks or projects assigned by hotel management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management (students currently pursuing a degree are also encouraged to apply)
  • Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hotel reservations roles is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Proficiency with property management systems such as OnQ, Opera, or similar is desirable

Skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and guest information
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest issues
  • Basic knowledge of bar service and beverage handling

Working Conditions:
Job site: Batumi.
Employment type: Full-time, night shift
Remuneration: by agreement.
