LLC "KALIMAN KARIBE TBILISI" is pleased to announce the vacancies on several positions: Shop/Store Manager / Bartender

We are looking for people who are:

• Commercially oriented with an interest in developing expertise in Habanos culture.

• Have not changed their workplace often and have stayed for at least 3-5 years with one employer. 

 
Main Responsibilities:  
 
Shop/Store Manager: 

• Development of the client base and the team's implementation of monthly goals. 
• Introduction and professional development of consultants and bartenders. 
• Organize and conduct stock audits in the store and in the bar.  
• Administrative and technical responsibilities - warehouse, bar and store а maintenance; collection and provision of documentation to the accounting department; tracking and administration of vacations, business trips and sick leave. 
• Performing physical inspection and posting of imports of goods into the ERP-software. 
• Prepare requests for import of accessories and promotional materials for retail and distribution. 
• Prepare orders from local suppliers in accordance with internal rules. 
• Prepares distribution orders - documentary, in system and physical setting aside from the warehouse. 

 

Bartender: 

• Preparing hot, cold cocktails, and gourmet coffee beverages according to signature recipes. 
• Advising clients on their choice of cigars, cigarillos, tobacco, wines, spirits, and coffee. 
• Serving beverages, trimming, and lighting cigars directly at the client’s table. 
• Maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, including clearing tables and cleaning. 
• Issuing receipts and invoices and operating a POS terminal. 
• Servicing and maintaining humidor equipment. 
• Participating in inventory checks and acting as a materially responsible person. 
• Keeping complete documentation and reporting. 

 Requirments: 

• Education – min. completed secondary education. 
• Professional experience and qualifications: 

For Store manager: 

• Experience in the management of an alcohol and tobacco store is a plus. 
• Competence and awareness of the local legislation and trade. 
• Valid driver's license without violations. 

For Store manager, Bartender

• Previous experience and skills in selling luxury products – minimum 3-5 years. 
• Negotiation skills and knowledge of marketing techniques to increase sales. 
• Languages proficiency - working level - written and spoken in Georgian, English, Russian. 
• PC literacy: MS Office package - Word, Excel, ERP/warehouse software, Internet 

For Bartender: 

• Previous experience in a similar position in a premium establishment – 3-5 years. 
• Experience in offering and selling premium wines, spirits, and coffee. 
• Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages and their production processes. 
• Experience in preparing coffee beverages. 
• Certificate from a Barista course – an advantage.

The schedule:  

• The working hours are according to a preliminary schedule for the store at a 40/42 hour work per week .  
• Starting salary for the first 3 months: 
• Store manager - 2000 Gel net pay plus bonus 
• And for the Bartender - 1200 Gel net pay plus bonus
