We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional to join our team as the
Executive Chef at Hotel and Preference Hualing Tbilisi.
This key position is the strategic and creative leader of the hotel’s culinary operations, overseeing all aspects of food production, kitchen management, and culinary innovation across multiple outlets, including Western, Chinese, and Banqueting kitchens. This role ensures excellence in cuisine, operational efficiency, team development, and guest satisfaction in line with 5-star international standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Culinary Leadership
- Direct and oversee the operations of all hotel kitchens, ensuring culinary excellence, innovation, and consistency.
- Design and implement diverse, high-quality menus that reflect seasonal availability, market trends, and guest preferences across multiple cuisines.
- Collaborate with senior hotel leadership on food-related strategies and contribute to the overall vision of the property.
