Vid for Travel - one of the top travel agencies in Georgia is looking for Arabic-speaking Guest Relations Manager to join our team in Tbilisi.

Language Requirement: Arabic - Native speaker
Location: Saburtalo, Tbilisi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: 1,200 GEL + performance-based bonuses

Your Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests at the office and explain tour packages/services clearly
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and assist with any questions or problems during their stay
  • Coordinate with internal departments (reservations, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of trips
  • Handle complaints or urgent issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Build lasting relationships with guests and ensure high satisfaction
  • Collect guest feedback to help improve services
