We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Bar Supervisor.
Duty Station: Tbilisi, Georgia.
Type of Appointment: Full-time.
Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee overall daily bar operations.
• Assists the Food and Beverage Manager in controlling and analyzing, on an ongoing basis, the following:
• Quality levels of service
• Guest satisfaction
• Bar requisitions & stock control
• Induction, monitoring, and ongoing training of casual bar staff.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the bar, server, display, glassware, and tables.
• Assists the Food and Beverage Manager with the compilation of beverage lists.
• Order weekly alcohol supplies and accept deliveries.
• Attends and contributes to weekly Food and Beverage Departmental meetings.
• Assumes the responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Manager in his/her absence.

REQUIRMENTS:

• At least one year of work experience as a Supervisor or Head Bartender
• Knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills
