Location: Platz Hospitality Group, Gudiashvili Square, Tbilisi
Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for someone who feels at home behind the bar, not just someone who can pour a drink - we’re looking for a true bar professional with charisma, precision and passion, who understands that every move, every pour, every guest interaction is part of the performance.

- Fluent in Georgian and English (additional languages a plus)
- Reliable, fast and always two steps ahead
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience behind the bar
- Deeply service-oriented: you notice guests’ needs before they speak
- Charismatic, emotionally intelligent and confident under pressure
- Obsessive about detail – any special drawing on our coffee matters
- In love with coffee culture - classics, trends, techniques, and balance
- Disciplined and professional - with strong work ethic and team spirit
- Creative and curious - constantly pushing yourself to elevate guest experience
Knowledge and skills:
- Understanding of what specialty coffee is (origin of beans, quality)
- Skills in preparing espresso and espresso-based drinks
- Ability to adjust grind size and control extraction
- Understanding of flavor balance (acidity, sweetness, bitterness)
- Milk and alternative milk steaming, basic latte art
- Basic knowledge of alternative brewing methods
- Understanding of cleanliness standards and working with equipment
- Ability to communicate with guests, understanding what service and hospitality mean
