Your Experience and Skills Include:
- Desirable work experience as Reservations Agent (for multi-properties);
- Attentiveness and patience for customers;
- Sense of responsibility and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responding to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms;
- Prepare and update daily reservation reports, coordinate with other departments;
- Providing information about room availability, rates, hotel services and promotions;
- Processing and modifying room bookings in the system (Opera Cloud);
- Fulfilling the tasks and instructions of the Company's management and immediate supervisor.
