Your Experience and Skills Include:

• Desirable work experience as a receptionist;
• Attentiveness and patience for customers;
• Sense of responsibility and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluency in English

What You Will Be Doing:

• implementing check-in and check-out procedures for guests, solving their problems during their stay in the hotel;
• Create a positive environment by assisting and caring for guests.
• accepting and at the end of the working day handing over the cash register to the next shift;
• finding information about planned or ongoing events, conferences and discounts at the hotel;
• taking proper actions in case of an emergency;
