In light of the several interviews and discussions we had with you, we would like to offer you the position of Waitress / Hostess at Al Nwfara Restaurant and Café.


Our flagship location is head quartered out of Dubai Marina, in Dubai – UAE, however you will be in our branch in Dubai Marina.


Following is a summary of the terms of your employment and the role you are being hired for:

  • Position: Waitress / Hostess
  • Gross Monthly Salary: AED 2,500 broken down as follows:


Basic Monthly Salary:   AED 1,250

Allowances:  AED 1,250

(Accommodation and Transportation Provided by the Company, which is equal to AED 500)                              

  • Starting Date:  (To Be Discussed)
  • Probation Period: 6 Months
  • Contract Term: 2 years as per the UAE labor laws, renewable by mutual agreement of both parties.
  • Residency Iqama:  To be provided by Al Nwfara Restaurant and Café
  • Medical Insurance:  To be provided by Al Nwfara Restaurant and Café
  • Food: Two meals/day, during working days
  • Tips: As per the restaurant policy
  • Incentive/Bonus: As per the restaurant policy
  • Medical Unfit Term: By Signing your offer letter you agreed with Al Nwfara’s Management that if you are unfit in your medical test then you will be responsible for all your return expenses to your country (including visa charges)
  • Air Ticket: Economy Ticket (UAE – Home) At the end of 2 year contract, costing maximum 1,500 AED (Redeemable in cash only by management discretion)
  • Vacation Days:  30 paid calendar days / Yearly, subject to business requirements
  • Working Hours: 12 working hours a day with 1 day off weekly (Working hours to be agreed upon with management)
  • Contract Termination:  3 months notice
  • Applicable Law: UAE Labor Law
  • Job Description: Please see attached Job Description
  • Employment Cost: If you decided to leave the company within the first year of your employment, the residency cost (excluding the bank guaranty) should be refunded to the company.


Perfect English spoken and written, presentable and ready to move to Dubai by max 20 January 2019.
