Free Spirit Tours is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Arabic-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring effective communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in Arabic via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Assist clients with reservations and travel-related requests.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
- Good command of English is required.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
- 4 Giorgi Gegechkori Street, Saburtalo, Tbilisi, Georgia
- Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
