The candidate we are looking for should have board experience in a field, good cooperation skills, direct and trustworthy communication skills and should be extremely customer oriented.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares and properly garnishes food orders as they are received in accordance with recipes and proper plate presentation
  • Prepares sauces, soups and hot entrees
  • Sets up for lunch and dinner according to Chef de Partie’s instruction
  • Follows proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
  • Ensures readiness at all times

 

General requirements:

  • At least 2 year experience in similar position
  • Service Minded and enthusiastic
  • Guest oriented;
  • Flexible to work different shifts
  • Conscientious;
  • Open minded and eager to learn
  • Team Spirited
  • Possess a good level of English and Russian
