We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and customer-oriented barista who has a strong passion for coffee and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages
- Operating and maintaining professional coffee machines and grinders
- Ensuring consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages
- Preparing hot and cold drinks according to recipes and café standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment
- Providing friendly and professional service to customers
- Managing bar inventory and informing the manager about stock requirements
- Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
- Working efficiently during busy hours and maintaining service quality
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee-making techniques
- Experience with professional espresso machines
- Good understanding of coffee beans, grinding, extraction, and milk steaming
- Ability to create high-quality cappuccino, latte, flat white, americano, espresso, and other coffee beverages
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy café environment
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of English and/or Georgian is an advantage
