ძირითადი მოვალეობები:
- საკონდიტრო ნაწარმისა და დესერტების მომზადებაში დახმარება;
- სამუშაო სივრცისა და ინვენტარის სისუფთავის დაცვა;
- პროდუქციის სწორად შენახვისა და ჰიგიენის სტანდარტების დაცვა;
- Chef de Partie-ისა და Pastry Chef-ის მითითებების შესრულება;
